The Bills (Reg. No.1303, No.1466) extend the meaning of the concept "land relations" and coordinate it with other regulations of the Land Code of Ukraine.
The Committee members stated that introduced amendments to Article 2 of the Land Code determine only land legal relations in the field of land ownership. However, the said amendments fail to comply with other regulations of the Code, the regulations of land legislation of Ukraine and other legislative branches.
Therefore, the Committee recommends that the said Bill be returned to the subjects of legislative initiative for further elaboration.
